Startup help - Jstylezzz - 13.06.2012

Hi everyone,

I want to create a system, that when you /call [number] it calls that number.
I will create the call system for players later, because i want to create it for factions first..

Like, if i do /call 911, that it contacts the automated dispatch of the police, and that it's send to all officers online, and this for more factions.

If someone can help me with a begin, then I can do the rest myself.

Yeah, I already thought of this, but the point is, I want to make it myself..
I think I know how to do it, but just don't know what part to start with :\
