GTA SA mod uninstall - Slim_b - 12.06.2012

I have a really big problem, 2 days ago i have installed a few car mods with 'SAMI'. But i wanna deleted it because its makes my game lagg. I have deleted with 'SAMI' but don't work! I have reinstalled the game and thats also don't work. 10 min ago i have replaced the gta3.img. But thats even don't work ! Please help me.

Uninstall GTA, then delete GTA SA folder from program files , and instal GTA again.

Delete and uninstall all of the GTA SA files, then reinstall it all
