Creating pickup with interior - RyanDam - 11.06.2012

I know this is a stupid question, but I tried to figure out.

I need to see, how people make a pickup, which is enterable where you get into an interior and can still /exit the interior. Just like the LSPD main entrance, on all RP servers. Anyone who can show me an example of any, and I would be gratefull!
