can`t run SAMP - Rusher22 - 11.06.2012

When i lounch SAMP. Single Player Loads instead of SA:MP, but it is litle bit dirfrent. appears white screen and then it crashes. I have no idea what to do. In start i tried how it is sad in hear https://sampwiki.blast.hk/wiki/Common_Problems but it didn`t worked :/.
My samp version is 0.3e
windows XP
Single Player works fine
And i dont have any mods intalled

make sure samp is instaled in the directory
delete gta_sa.set

i instaled SAMP in C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\GTA San Andreas
deleted gta_sa.set

still dont work :/

Now there is an eror that i have bad GTA SA version and i need GTA:SA v1.0 USA/EU, but i have tried 3 difrent versions and neather of them worked :/
