I am willing to go all out and host from my computer.

1500GB Bandwith

8GB Ram

But i need a dedicated scripter to help me create an RP script.

All proceedings will be shared with whoever helps me as well as full administrative privileges over the server.

Not worth your time. RP has been defined already.

Try to make something no one else has. A unique server. Anyone can RP... adding a few jobs isn't going to change it much.
