[ZCMD] Drag Command - Neo Karls - 10.06.2012

Can anyone help me in making an ZCMD Drag Command which the player Offer other for /accept drag

If Yes, the second person should follow First person. if they deny message will be show to the first player that he denied the offer
If the player is logged while dragging set the drag value to 0 so he is no longer been dragged..
