Server wont start (crashing the server at start) - calin1996 - 09.06.2012

I have no errors/problems/warnings at compile.
Idk what to post,when i press 2 click on samp-server.exe,it's crashing in 1 second,look at the crash log and server log:

GameMode and Filterscripts Correct loaded in server.cfg?

HEEEELLLP!!!! On my server i have 1000 max vehicles, the server loads 99 and closes it,look!

I cant wait 48 hours,i have to resolve it but i don't know how,is the first time when o have this kind of error, because 46 players are just waiting to play again!
