Player's Location - Printable Version

Player's Location - Mento - 09.06.2012

I wanted to create something, above the hud, that shows the current location of the player, example Fort Carson, Montgomery, El Corona, etc. But I am not sure how to do this, if someone is able to show me how I can create this myself, or a previously made version of this that I can use to learn from, that would be very appreciated. Thanks for your time.
