com o plugin antigo(nгo sei de quando) o sscanf carrega normalmente

basta eu colar a dll da nova versгo que da Load failed como se o nome tivesse errado mas nгo esta:

sim esta tudo atualizado e compilado

comeзou isso depois que eu formtatei o pc, mas ja instalei tudo, c++ library, java, framework nada adiantou :/
