I have a linux host and announce doesn`t work , it get errors.

Hmm, if you're hosted on a gsp, contact the host.
If you have your own vps, wait for sa-mp team help.

It`s my own vps , and now are another errors ...

Just download Lux admin or something, that has it own functions ect. it has /announce ect.
