[15:34:48] *** Streamer Plugin: Include file version (0) does not match plugin version (0x26104) (script needs to be recompiled with the latest include file)
[15:34:48] *** Streamer Plugin: Obsolete or invalid native found (script needs to be recompiled with the latest include file)

I Use streamer version 2.6.1.0 and Sa-mp 0.3e .. and also i use latest includes files

I believe you need the same plugin and the include both.
