I know that it's sounds stupid, but I don't know it....
I don't know how to upload a server that everybody will be able to play on it...
I saw few topics that are talking about it, but I tried all the answers that are written there, and nothing worked for me....

Please try to help me anyone.....

Ok. Download this: http://files.sa-mp.com/samp03e_svr_win32.zip
And run samp-server.exe and your server is on. But, if you want to learn to script, use https://sampwiki.blast.hk/ .

I have already few files of servers that I am trying to upload, but I couldn't find on Wiki what I am looking for too.... :\
