Hey all!

I have one problem. Every time if I want to connect I get Server didn't respond.... I re-install GTASA and SAMP. Please Help

Most likely it's your SA:MP client, get the newest one here.

I have 0.3e and I try to connect to server for 0.3e

Well I don't think it would be anything else, It's either your internet OR your SA:MP client.
