Very High lag! - Rudy_ - 06.06.2012

Hello Guys, I play on a Server which was Hosted on France, I never had Lag on France Hosts..
But This server have too much lag and it's not only Me everyone is lagging...
We also changed the Host location and host, still it's the same lag..
Anyone know how to fix the problem?

What kind of commands Processor you use ? [It might not be related - But some processors are Slow in CMD's]
