How to Port Forward
Okay, So ive seen almost every day someone making a topic asking "How to port forward" so i Dicided to make a little tutorial on how to do so.....
Okay so first...
Lets go to start and type in "cmd" you should see this:
Now from here your going to type in "ipconfig" from here you will get a list of IP's scroll up a little untill you see "IPv4 Address" now copy this or write it down or something just keep it
ALSO you will need to copy were it says "Default Gateway"
NEXT:
open up your internet and in the websearch type in the adress named "Default gateway" from here you should get a login screen, by Default the user and pass are both "admin" and "admin"
Once you have logged in try to find were is says "Virtual Server" on mine it is under "Advanced" here look
so just look arround for this untill you find it
HOW: Hit were it says "Virtual Server" it should drop down now click "Port Forwarding"
for Time reasons im going to fill it out and make a picture!
NOTE: THIS MAY NOT BE THE SAME FOR ALL ROUTERS SO JUST USE THE SAME STEPS AND FIND THEM YOURSELF
Okay well find were it says "Forward to Internal Host IP Address:" or somthing along those lines. Now put in that ip you got from "IPv4 Address" paste it in there, now see how i have "7777" you can change that but thats just the default SAMP one.
Side Note: Made sure to have TCP/UDP just helps things
Another Side Note: This will also work with minecraft and other games not just samp, just put the ports you want to forward in there
Good Luck, any questions, Just Ask!

Good tutorial. But the problem is, every router is different so some people might not be able to find certain things. What is called "Virtual Server" in your router is called "Adress Translation" in mine. I still think
www.portforward.com is the best as it offers tutorials for most routers in existance.
And @newbienoob, try the password "admin", it usually works.

I don't think your ISP chooses your router password... When you buy a router it has the default password set by the company that made the router. Hence why I told the guy to look at that password website.
