Hello ;
i want realy your help , i want a new CMD that is /radio (work only in cars), when i type it , a windows with 5 chois appear , first 4 are to put the live radio ( connected with internet ) and the last is to turn off the radio .
i'm realy new noob scripter , please when you reply with the code , explain me with // , i want to learn how to make this

You should search the forums to find this. There are many systems made for it.

I suggest you first learn the basics before going into making a system like this. It's nothing major but too big for your start.

There anather system that is /changeview , it make player look in the car like in real life

That's the new 0.3e functions, you can also find that by searching "first person vehicle driving".

When you type this cmd you start mouving the x , y , z of toys with your mouse and small icons appear in the screen that help you to change toys position with your mouse
