Before you do what the above poster said, you should read an introduction to programming from the official PAWN website:
http://www.compuphase.com/pawn/pawn.htm
Then you should also read some more of the documentation on that website to get yourself familiar with the language before starting to use the SA-MP API on the SA-MP Wiki.
