The sscanf plugin cannot be loaded.
Run time error 19 = missing plugin.
Upload your sscanf plugin into plugins folder.

the plug in is there?? what can cause it not to load i have net frame work 3.5.

Update to 0.3e, 0.3c R5 is outdated and contains many bugs.

As Xtreme said, just update to 0.3e. This will most likely fix your problem.
