Anyone know what's the problem? When I run on my Private IP with the 127.0.0.1:port, it works fine.

was the server running before this ? Make sure all plugin are loaded then install ( .net framework ) and done !

You're using an outdated version of streamer plugin. Update it to v2.6.1, recompile your script with the latest include and restart.
