To be honest this is my first time designing & scripting myself a web page

P.S The font style got messed a bit and for some reason when I uploaded my web page it turned back to Arial >.<
I'll probably update it in the future

Okay overall score is 6/10 considering it is your first attempt.
However key points for improvement would be as follows:
Make the clickable box crap smaller.
Make it actully function - I felt trolled.
Use contrasting colours.
Use some PHP all you have used is HTML.
Give your website a point, it looks dull boring and pointless.
I'm guessing you have coded the HTML directly into one page as you havn't given anymore pages so cut your page up in to header.php footer.php etc.
It also looks like you havn't used .css files which is really poor.
I cant think of anything else, but my final comment is if your actually selling that webpage put some PHP behind it. PHP isn't that hard and shouldn't take you long and prove some abilitys by placing PHP data in to tables and stuff.
EDIT: Rescored at 4/10 I was too kind yesterday.

Good work for start. You can use better fonts instead of the traditional ones on the home page. Try using ****** Fonts API.

Bad(coding side), you're using tables, we have a small thing called css, use it, if you do not know, learn it.
