Los Santos Freeroam v2 - San1 - 02.06.2012

This is Version 2 of my freeroam gamemode

this one has commands added such as /addneon /siren /w /spawn /healme /armor /kill /goldrims /cutterrims /respawn
/w is weapons for sell
/spawn is for spawning a cars

i added a new admin and register system
new classes with all cars around cities
great neon dialog

new class spawn location and camera view
