I Use streamer version 2.6.1.0 and Sa-mp 0.3e

I think you are using wrong pawno. Open the pawno.exe from pawno folder with SA-MP 0.3e includes, load the script and try to compile.

try this download this include and delete ur old include
then put it on ur include and TRY

are you put
#include <streamer>

and dont forget to add streamer on cerver.cfg ? (or object will not shown)
