On some online games for PC I know you can use an adapter for an xbox 360 headset and talk to poeple while playing, just like on the xbox 360. But does anyone know if its possible on samp? Is there another program or something I need to download to be able to do that if it is possible? Thanks for any help.

There is no in-game voice chat, but you can download programs such as Teamspeak 3, Ventrillo or Mumble and join the server's channel (if they have one)
edit: nvm actually, misunderstood. :<
edit2: little bit of research and found this So I doubt it would work with other programs.
so I suggest you use a regular headset and mic.

I suggest you use TeamSpeak 3, its simple and easy to sorting out things.

Maybe, I say MAYBE, it's possible to make an ingame voicechat with the 0.3d audio stream functions. You'll have to connect the players to a Shoutcast radio used as a voiceserver, and then play the stream ingame.
This needs a lot more research though.
