OneBip Help - Raiden Dragneel - 26.05.2012

Anyone know how to topup OneBip account through mobile phone? I can't find it so I need help, I need to buy Volt Host. Thanks.

I've been having problems with OneBip too, since they removed that add funds button I can't find a way to top up less than Ј10, but the site clearly states that you can top up from Ј1.50 Ј3.00 and Ј5.00. If anyone can help me it will be +reputation for you

You can pay by regularly going through the order form on a website, and it would top up.

Thanks but it's what I've been trying as well as my phone. Here's a support ticket I opened:

Other: I am having a problem with adding funds to my account from my mobile device, when I am purchasing something and I need to confirm it I can see this:

"Once you have created a “Onebip” account, top ups can be made for the following amounts Ј1.50 Ј3.00, Ј5.00, Ј10.00, Ј20.00." but I never see no option to add the Ј1.50 Ј3.00 and Ј5.00. Please can you help me with my issue, thanks.

When you pay for a service from a provider (I am assuming) you can top up from that page the amount you want in your balance. If your current balance is at 0.

The problem is.. I can't find "Top Up" button. Searched on ******, found Cherry Credit or whatever they called it.

I am sure on the payment page for a provider, i think if your balance is 0 it will top up automatically to complete your purchase.

The site removed the add funds button, that's why we're having these problems, I have credit on my phone but only Ј9.50 so I can't buy Ј10 OneBip credit, but there's no option to go any lower despite the fact they they said there were options lower.

Unsure then, would not hurt to contact onebip for any questions.

I did, that's why I sent out a support ticket to them. It's been 15 hours now and still no reply...
