Heey,
My GTA SAMP is only "lagging"in some big servers 50-100 players.
Pleas, HElp me.
What happening?
-Road Textures Loading slow
- Always lagg....
No, Its not my Video Card.. :$

Your computer AND your internet speed are both slow, a Celeron processor is well known to be low-budget, and you have very small amount of RAM (2GB).
Your internet speed is not good either.
Your CPU/RAM could both cause the streaming error with roads.
Your internet connection is definitely causing the lag.
Uninstall ALL MODS (reinstall your game & SA:MP) and lower your graphics settings and see If that helps.
(don't know what graphics card you have, but with those other parts it doesn't really matter)

My average internet speed when i play is only around 5Mb/S myself, and i don't experience lag with that amount, but i do have Intel i5 and 8gb Ram, so i don't get lag.
Check all of your settings both computer and gta sa settings.

Guys i installed again Windows 7
but now i got Windows 7 Problems.. Internet is 9/10 not connecting and if i got internet its show this.
Pleas, Help me.
