TDM Gamemode

Gangs:
1. Grove Street
2. Ballas
3. Vagos
4. Killers
5. The Triads
6. Cops

GM contains:

-register system
system-admin
-textdraw
-various commands
-fight styles (Created by Sayaron)
-gang zones
-animation
-weapons to each gang

If there are bugs, post them.
