For some reason my mouse won't move when I play GTA:SA.
I have a feeling that this has something to do with me having Windows 7.
Please help.

Try pressing ESC and then back to game a few times.

I have this problem as well, very frustrating. It worked fine in RC5 or RC6, but now it just freezes whenever I enter the menu. Pressing ALT-ESC seems a viable workaround, but it's still not practical.

I was moving my mouse while I rapidly pressed ESC.

For me, it never happened on 0.3c. It started with 0.3d. Because of this I can't pause or view the map or even Alt+Tab. It's freaking annoying..

I think I had a friend who had the same problem... I'm not sure what the solution of the problem was.
I'm guessing he didn't have the file named gta_sa.set
Check if you have it. It's in your Documents-->GTA San Andreas User Files.

Delete it and start GTA:SA, it might be working.
