i clicked the samp-server.exe and this error pops up

I think that the audio.dll file is outdated in the new 0.3e SA-MP client. Try downgrading back to 0.3d and trying that, if it works then my theory is correct: http://files.sa-mp.com/sa-mp-0.3d-R2-install.exe

ok and thanks for the help and i still get the same audio error
