SA-MP Crashing On Start - Antimonyl - 22.05.2012
Hello guys, so one day after I installed an HUD my SAMP started getting the Invalid World Parameters screen, so I got another copy of GTA and it still didn't fix anything, I downloaded another version of 0.3e from www.sa-mp.com
This is what happens, when I log in on SARP, but other servers it doesn't happen but what happens is that my mouse is my keyboard.

Uninstall the HUD it looks like that is the cause of your issues. If you can't uninstall it, then uninstall GTA, Uninstall SAMP, Clean the registry (using ccleaner or similar program), restart computer, Reinstall GTA, Reinstall SAMP should fix the problem several guys on my server had this issues with a HUD mod.
