how do you get the custom map content to show up on the map and the mini-map? i have been trying to figure this out for weeks and i havent figure it out.

There is not a way to do this with an online server, you can probably edit the GTA SA files and get it to show up just for you and anyone who downloads the modifications you made.

well you could overlay it with textdraw(s)
but it will be limited to the current samp textures.
