Use weebly.com, Customize your site (add themes, objects etc) & then download an archive file in Settings Tab

I would use ucoz instead of weebly (I looked at weebly, though it has some easy to use features it also has a lot of restrictions).

i think you can't download your site from webs.com and ucoz.com ( I recommend you to use weebly )
