Informations
It`s an agency in Los Santos,where you can put plate on your vehicle,using command /vehicleplate (WITH DIALOG).The car will respawn and save positions and you will be put in the car.

"Numarul Masinii" - Vehicle Plate
"Agentia de inmatriculari Los Santos" - Los Santos Vehicle Plate Agency
"Foloseste /vehicleplate" - Use /vehicleplate
"Scrie numarul masinii mai jos" - Type your number plate

Thanks for giving me an idea for my server using pickups, and Playertopoint function
