Hey i did every thing i need to portfoward.
i dont know how to add pictures to this so i made a video

SAMP doesn't need TCP 7777, just open UDP.

Lol.....i dont know that way but i know the port forwordring from a " ROUTER " if you are intrested . Pm me .... and try to cahnge the application name to

wait dont i need to by a host thing so i can have the players on for example 7$ for 20players or something?

Man the hosting just for when you want to keep your 27/7 mean 24 hour online.no thing else and if you want to play online adn with your friends and no need to host your server.Just port foroword your router.
