If player is is afk without using any command , (Alt tabbed) it would show a 3d label on his head (Player is AFK)

Lets say player has minimized gta (sa-mp)
I want it to put a 3d tag on players head (chatbubble)
that says Player is afk
i want to know how to check if player is alt tabbed / minimized gta
hope this is clear enough
