[Request] Speed hack - .Skool_. - 17.05.2012

Hello, I wanted a system of anti speed hack, what type, if the player arrives at a speed, say, 3 or 2 seconds at 300km and banished him ...
I was thinking, and I even tried, more like, my level of pawno is not enough.
Can you help me? thank you
