Question about 0.3e feature - Black Axe - 17.05.2012

Well , i was inactive for few weeks - when i logged in today i found that 0.3e was released and i found many server using another color in the dialog top - so i was wondering.. how to make it ? and.. is there a thread that shows all 0.3e features ? [Excluding Kalcor's one cause he only shows the features in words not in a scripting way] - Thank you

Just recompile your gm using 0.3e includes, I think that the caption bar is not an extra parameter of ShowPlayerDialog, but I have no sure.
