Okay, this problem related to ENB series mod watch the video, and the one who finds a solution get 5 reps

you'll also need these following files:
d3dx9_26.dll, d3dx9_33.dll, d3dx9_40.dll
and you need to put them in gta sa game directory
(where you installed gta sa)
Just search these files and you will get it.. If you don't find them in your pc.. Then you must install the latest DirectX

Hello, I am 101 percent sure that your computer can not support ENB series, Your game must be working when you just move the ENB files out of directory, right?
It is your computer which cant handle ENB series. Post your PC specs please.

I was going to also say that your Computer Specs wouldn't support your ENB Series.
And that you should get a better computer (Upgrade to a more Complex Computer such as Dell, etc..)
