How to fix it? I gamemode plugins but nothing works

Are you on linux? you need to load the linux plugins like

"plugins streamer.so" for example (Without quotes)

you have to update your pluggins and make sure they included in your gamemode script and make sure the include file is in a folder called include in the main directory of the script

you lol your server_log clearly saying that this is caused becouse of your plugins and they are not working ... you'll need to update and use the latest version of " SSCANF & STREAMER " once you have done then ****** the " .net framwork " and then install it and DONE !

i unfortunately do not know what streamer you are using
