Aren't those GTA:V / SA characters (the latino chick and the guy in red w/ the AK)?

I know Rockstar owns the Max Payne franchise but....regurgitating graphics from one franchise and using them in print-ads for another? really?

EDIT maybe I'm wrong. Those just seem very GTA-ish.

Those are fairly old pictures if they are the same as the ones I'm thinking of, which are still on the background of Rockstar Games *******.

I doubt they are the same drawings from GTA concept art.
