I just maked a server before 1 week and i dont know if people can enter or no

when i launch samp-server.exe :




i enter always with ip: 127.0.0.1

The IP you entered is localhost, you do not have your IRC server on. (Running on your computer)

I guess you could use some other IRC server if you don't have your own one..

I suggest running from irc.tl as Saurik said.

Irc.focogaming.com or irc.gamerxserver.com
