go to server.cfg then go to filterscripts and add the name of the filterscipt to that line

no i mean into the gamemode instead of having them in the filterscript folder i mean inbed them into the gamemode.pwn

Well, just copy/paste it in under the right callbacks, what is under onfilterscriptinit goes under ongamemodeinit in your gamemode, and so on with all other things.
It requires some patience and you have to watch waht you are doing..

EDIT: Better use Yuryfury's solution, it's way easier

Alternatively, copy the filterscript into a blank notepad document, save it as a .inc (include file), put it in Pawno/includes and add #include <include_name> into the gamemode.
