My friend portfowarded a private server where we can all see but we cant connect to it.

Try Updating the Server to 0.3e and make sure you all have 0.3e Client
Oh, and also make sure if he actually did port forwarded it and he's not only locally hosting it

Tell your friend (The server hoster) to visit this: http://www.canyouseeme.org/

He has to type the port in that he would be using for the SA-MP server, it will then check if that port is actually open.

What? It doesn't work yet? Did you update your client to 0.3e? Is your friend's server on version 0.3e too?

No his server is running on 0.3d and I am using 0.3d
