no you can you must have 0.3e plugins if your servar is 0.3e

not sure but i use just the latest version of both and have no issues,

sscanf2 is suppose to be compatible with ALL version past, present and future,
and I dont think whirlpool needs a certain version to work either.
It just hashs a string so I dont think it relies on anything in SAMP

if you have trouble with 0.3e post in the release topics for help
but i have not had any issues with either plugin on 0.3e
