Hello.

My skins and vehicles were bugging as you can see in this picture

Can anyone solve this problem?

Make sure you have no skin or vehicle modifications installed, if you haven't then try re-installing GTA SA fully, backing up the important files you want to save.

I've already got my Vehicle mods and other mods uninstalled, and it still does the same problem

Yes, it happens and i think only with SA-MP (cause not in my GTAsa.exe), confirming:

but never happened to me for vehicles, it happens for some objects.
and Yes, i believe it has something to do with the RAM/Graphic card.

I would check to make sure your server has an object streamer, if it does and the problem presists then try to reinstall SA:MP.

First, it's not my server, second.. it happens on all servers, with streamer or not(i think) and resinstalling GTA-SA and SA-MP wont help, did it so many times.

I had this problem before. You will need a better graphics card or if you have recently upgraded your drivers, downgrade them until the problem is resolved. Preferably the former.
