Hey i got alot of problems first the samp dont work it has no server's in the internet list look at the picture

Try re-installing SA:MP, if that doesn't work do a complete restore of GTA SA but obviously make sure to backup anything important.
Also when you say you'll Rep+ someone it does nothing, since you don't have 50 posts.

What are you talking about? "Don't hack me please", when have I ever threatened to hack you? Also my friend was experiencing the same sorta problem you have, he still hasn't resolved it. Been like that for about 1-2 months now.

Have you watch if some program blockit Windows or your anti-virus may block it. Check that.
Edit: He can't hack you it's just a fake signature/joke.. It's just shows peoples ip and he it's just says it's hacking.. But fake/joke like said.
