Ok,
I seen on servers a dark grey - light black sorta floor, quite thin and I cannot find it in MTA and I need this as a floor and a roof sorta thing?
Does anyone have a good idea?

I think that's the quite commonly seen basketball court. It's called something like bball_court. You could also use the walls that were added in 0.3e.
