how i can upgrade version from 0.3c to 0.3d /

do you mean the server version?

just download 0.3d server from http://files.sa-mp.com and copy samp03svr, samp-npc, announce and the folder includes to your 0.3c folder. You have to recompile your 0.3c gamemodes using 0.3d pawno includes as well.
