Mapping for 0.3e - Captain_jeffree95 - 08.05.2012

Me and some friends have mapped some stuff for samp with MTA 1.3 and we converted it and run it and when went to were it was meant to be it wasnt there and my question is have the coordinates changed again just like they did going from c to d, please help
