My opinion is simple, as the title describes itself.
A command that could hold the vehicle to another. So can load the same. For example, the trucks and the railroad car below:

Uma comando que poderia prender o veiculo ao outro. Assim podendo carregar o mesmo. Por Exemplo, os caminhoes abaixo e o vagao de trem:
