Hi, I'm looking to build my second computer but have a particular budget and requirements.

Around a budget of 650 dollars and 6-8gb RAM and a nice intel core processor preferable quad core i5 or i7.

I don't need a gfx card. I also do not need a flashy HDD; just an average one.

Yes, since he doesn't need a graphics card it does. (And yes, you can get a decent computer for 650 bucks, not a monster machine but one that will run all games with some setting adjustments)

Why get a i7 + 6-8GB ram and not good graphics card?

I mean, I got a good gfx but I don't need an amazing HDD.

As for the list of components it was for the wrong forum ;p as I posted on another too which was for that one.
